What we collect

When you book or start a booking: your name, email, mobile number, optional US ZIP code, the boat, date and time you picked, promo or gift codes, and payment details (cards are handled by Stripe — we only see the brand and last 4 digits). We also note how you found us (for example an ad tag or the site that sent you) and retain a persistent visitor ID with recorded advertising choices.

How we use it

To run your booking (confirmations, reminders, check-in, receipts), to answer your questions, and — if you started but didn't finish a booking — to remind you. If you ticked "Text me updates and offers", we may text you reminders and offers. Reply STOP to any text to stop.

Ad measurement (Google and Meta)

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Analytics on our public pages. With your permission (or, where the law allows, unless you opt out with "Cookie settings"), it records page views and booking steps — viewing a boat or event, picking a time, entering contact details, starting checkout and completing a purchase with its amount — plus your browser details, IP address and Meta and Google cookies, so we can measure and improve our ads. It never runs on staff pages and stops immediately if you choose "No thanks".

When a booking is paid, we may tell Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) that a booking happened, with the amount, your browser details, IP address and ad click ID, so they can measure which ads work. Only with your explicit advertising acceptance, Meta also receives normalized, SHA-256-hashed email and phone when available during cart, checkout and purchase steps for customer matching, ad measurement and optimization. Acceptance of our updated October 2026 notice (v3) additionally permits hashed first and last name, optional US ZIP and country, and a persistent visitor ID. Earlier v2 acceptance permits email and phone only; it does not authorize these additional fields. We infer US country only from a valid US ZIP, not a phone prefix. Hashing is not anonymization. We retain the visitor choice, time, region and the version of the notice and choices shown. Visitors in places that require permission (such as the EU and UK) are asked first, and nothing is sent unless they allow it. Change or withdraw your choice any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal stops future browser and server reports, including pending sends; it does not undo reports already sent. Previously blocked events are not replayed.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run bookings: Stripe (payments), our texting and email providers, and — for ad measurement as described above — Google and Meta.

Keeping and deleting

Unfinished booking details are deleted after 180 days. Booking records are kept for our accounting. To see, correct or delete your information, email info@llvws.com or text 702-600-9860.
