Join us for a Saturday morning sweat session led by a fitness babe who’s all about helping you sculpt, strengthen, and shake your way to results. She’ll guide you through a 40-minute mat workout designed to align your body, boost your energy, and push you to be stronger than your mind.

After the workout, we’ll take it to the water for a 1-hour paddleboarding session, where you’ll engage your core, soak up the sun, and enjoy the beauty of movement on the water. And, of course, we’ll keep you fueled with refreshing post-workout treats to celebrate your sweat sesh!
